I've had a love/hate relationship with food pretty much all my life. I absolutely adore food. There's not a lot of foods I DON'T like. But when i'm feeling stressed or upset about something i reach for the all the bad stuff...the ice cream...the chocolate...the chips! I've been doing so well for the last three weeks but…
...the diet closet that is! I've been voyeuristically hanging out since I joined and finally decided it was time to say hi. I've been reading some of the threads and i think i'm really gonna like it here. Everyone is so open and honest and nonjudgmental. So...this is me saying hi!
