So what's your BIG Goal? Mine is to lose 125lbs, but in small steps. Ten pounds at a time. I've been overweight most of my life and just need it to end. With two kiddos now, I want to ensure I'm here for a long time and weight is my only health issue. I am definitely looking forward to this!
