DDP Yoga Exercise names
Hello All, I just joined myfitnesspal, and I am having trouble matching the exercises to the MFP exercises in the data bank. When I type in DDP Yoga....nothing comes up. When I separate out the different segments of the yoga it does not allow for strength training and cardio at the same time. Any thoughts?
