I thought I'd share an app that I actually like. Happy Scale. It breaks down your weight loss into little goals so it's not discouraging and motivates you to keep losing. I feel like when my goal is broken into smaller goals I'm more inclined to keep with it. It supposedly shows your true weight loss over a period of time.…
