As of today I am down 6kg (whoop whoop) Although it is far off my goal, and it doesn't show so much I decided to calculate my BMI I have gone from 31.8 = OBESE to 29.8 = OVERWEIGHT Feels goooooood :)
Hello! Just wondering if anyone else is doing these/wants to I'm only on day 3 and really rather sore! (HIIT yesterday!) Want to know what others thought of it, or if anyone is keen to do I too?
