I'm 16 and can bicep curl 20lbs in one arm.Is this good or normal?
I'm going to avoid soda , crisp and chocolate , what else should i avoid? Which is best, to lose weight then gain muscle or just gain muscle?
I'm 15 and i wanted to know , if i replace 300 calories with ensure plus , will i lose weight. Am off school now and will be ideal and do no exercises what ever but still drink ensure plus. I can't go the gym or run outside because am really anxious :/ this is not a troll i need help on this
