Holy Crap its Spring.......
Well I was doing awesome with MFP up until the holidays and then I fell back into old habits. I had lost about 45 lbs and amazingly enough was able to gain 20 lbs back. The weather is warming up and time to get into the summer shape. Would love some friends for support and to help keep each other on the straight and narrow.

How often do you weigh?
So I started my weight loss adventure on Friday. I weighed myself and entered all the info into MFP. I haven't weighed myself again as I'm waiting till Friday to do so. I was wondering if most people weigh once a week, or more/less frequently? I wonder what the psychological boost would be to weigh more/less often?
