I started using a pedometer app and the Map My Walk map on my iPhone and noticed that the calories listed on the apps differ than the calories that My Fitness Pal calculates when I log the exercise. I am interested in knowing if anyone else is using the same apps and how do they log the calories?
Hello has anyone heard about drinking hot water with lemon in the morning? I read you're supposed to drink it about an hour before breakfast. Just want to know if anyone's tried it and if they see any benefits.
