Soy milk causes breast cancer!?
I read an article last night that Soy Milk has a link to breast cancer due to the levels of estrogen in soy and that if breast cancer runs in your family, that you should avoid it. My grandmother had breast cancer, but I LOVE soy milk, growing on almond milk, and HATE HATE HATE regular milk. Has anyone heard this???

Cleaning as exercise!?
Does anyone count cleaning or cooking as exercise? According to MFP, 30 mins of cleaning is 187 cals (I think...it's either 30 mins or an hour) and I think 30 mins of cooking is around 80 cals. Confession: I do, only when I've gone over my calories by no more than 100 and it's not an exercise day :blushing:
