5ft 7 150lbs goal is 135lbs age 41
Hi looking for friends with the same measurements as me who are starting out or already on their way for encouragement and motivation . I have fallen into the sugar trap after two babies and stress. Used to be super slim and energetic really want to get that back. Just joined today so will get my own pics up soon x
