Hi all, So I am new to the whole fitness/weightloss world. And I checked MFP and saw that the yogurt I was consuming contained more FAT than any other meal in my food diary. Please do advise which are better choices? And do quote BRANDS and PRICES as well. I love yogurt but not the FAT ! :)
Hi So I started my journey on the 30 June 2014. I am currently 113.6Kg and 1.7m tall. Is it reasonable to set a goal weight of 1.75kg per week in order to reach my goal weight? Or is 2 pounds the right way to go? I eat a balanced diet , execise 30min a day and drink at least 1.5 - 2l water per day.
