help ,weight gain after cancer treatment and hysterectomy
hi i have 56lb to loss but finding it hard after cancer treatment and hysterectomy ,i am on lots of medication which dis not help is there anyone else out there the same as me ,i am on 1600 cal a day from the doctor but the weight is not moving ,most days i am under my 1600 so i need help please :(
