my first "mini goal"
ok i normally dont like to say i want to lose a certain amt. of weight by a certain date, but im going to do so..... i want to be down to 200 lbs. by July 12. that is two months from now. at the rate ive been losing, i lose about a lb. or a little over every week. this is realistic to me... who is willing to encourage me…

hi everyone i am wanting to incorporate fitness into my home time. i went to www.gainfitness.com and have set myself up with a 34 min.home workout that includes stretches, ab work, leg work, etc. i plan to start this workout thursday. i cant wait to see some major results. hope this website will encourage everyone

how often to increase exercise time
hey everyone... i have been doing one hour of cardio, on an almost daily basis, for about a month now....i am thinking of increasing my time by 15 minutes starting next monday....do 75 minutes of cardio for a month, then increase again by another 15 minutes. is this realistic or should i increase it earlier than that? any…
