I thought I couldn't lose 10 lbs about 1.5 months ago, but gave it a shot anyway. Followed MFP calorie suggestions and ended up losing 10 lbs! Oh yeah, I also work out morning and night sometimes. But, no pain... no gain!
I started about 2 months ago to lose the last 10 lbs and I've gained 2 pounds! My weight definitely fluctuates, so it's hard to say if it's water weight, bloating, etc. I also do boot camp style/toning classes about 3 times a week. Maybe it's muscle gain.
