Would love friends
I am definitely looking for new friends to inspire each other. After losing 30 (halfway to my goal), I plateaued for 3 months and lost hope. Gained all 30 back! Got back on the wagon after a year just a couple weeks ago and I'm down 10! Need to keep going no matter if the weight stops coming off for a whole.

So I have been reading all over the forums and magazines about calorie intake that is healthy for me. The "roadmap" made sense to me so I calculated everything and found that I should be eating around 1650 calories a day. Now that seemed high so I compromised at 1500. Before that I was doing 1200 calories as MFP suggested.…
