I'm on my weight loss journey as well I haven't given my self a set amount of weight to loose in certain time but I've given myself a year to transform my body... Do u have any helpful tips? I workout 6 times a week for 40 minutes... I eat 2000 calories or less ..
Hey i new to MFP.. And i was wondering if anyone has any tips thats useful... im currenty 255lbs and would like to be 150lbs.. I have never in my life taken excercising seriously, so im guessing this would be hard but im determined to loose 105lbs! Wish me luck? Give me advice? Encourage me? Lol
