It was telling me 1350 was my goal, then I went down another 10 lbs and it updated my goals to 1600. I'm confused.
I've been dieting and lightly exercising for maybe a month now, or close and I've lost 12.5 lbs. For breakfast I've been eating 3 slices of 25 calorie turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 egg whites and a piece of plain toast with a cup of coffee. Surprisingly this was under 200 calories.
