April 8th weekly Wednesday weigh in
Im up a 1/2 pound, but still 2 pounds under goal weight. I've gained back most of what I lost since being sick with a combination of a nasty cold and flu. I hope everyone had a good week!

March 31, weekly weigh in
I gained 1.5 pounds last week and am feeling so much better. The only thing left of my cold is my cough which while annoying, is also improving. Even with this weight gain, I'm still under goal weight, so all is good. I hope everyone had a good week.

Well I know I haven't logged my weight the last 2 weeks, but that's because I was on a 2 week cruise. We walked daily and used the stairs all the time except when we got on, and that was because we had luggage to carry. As a result, today I'm down 1.5 pounds from my last weigh in. Well, I'm not sure why, but I lost 2 pounds this week. I was only down a half pound yesterday but today, down 2. I even weighed myself 3 times to make sure. I'm trying to maintain, not lose. It's very tricky. I can be under my calorie goal and gain a half pound or so, or I can drop a bit of weight. It must be part water…

Good morning. Here it is, the final day of 2014 and our last weigh in for the year. I'm up half a pound from last week but still 1 pound under my goal weight. I did indulge but I kept exercising, or at least walking and doing stairs so I managed okay over Christmas. I hope everyone has a happy and healthy new year.
