Hello from Tennessee
Just turned 45 years old. Mother, wife, and expert eater! I need a lot of motivation and inspiration!! I've been down this road before with WW, fitness pal you name it.. The scale finally reached over that "200" mark and I about fell over.. Enough is enough. Would love some buddies to start the journey with. :-)
