Is anyone else counting points and doing MFP? Points is easy but I feel MFP is giving me a broader, healthier picture. At the same time I don’t want to give up the ease of points plus it’s what my husband prefers. My brain is about to melt. 😜
I will soon be 59. I am 65 pounds overweight. My goal is to lose that weight before I hit 60. Not an easy thing for a post menopausal woman to do according to my doctors. Anyone else want to join me in proving them wrong?
