Mine is Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Honey Balsamic Chicken. I can't get enough of them! I'm eating 3 of 4 a week. They have asparagus and red potatoes.... YUMMY!!

I have always heard that you should give yourself a rest from exercise one or two days out of the week, but very often I have to exercise to stay below my daily calorie goal. 1200 calories
Just out of curiosity... How many people struggle with making 1200 calories a day? I honestly don't have that problem, but some tell me that they are too full to eat anything more to make their 1200. Again, totally not a problem for me. If I ever come up short, then it is totally treat time. Does anyone have suggestions…
