Just started tracking and highly motivated
I'm not completely out of shape but looking forward to being fit again. I eat extremely well (98% organic with the right amount of calories) and my wife does too, which we help each other stay in check. Hopefully I can remember and stay connected to keep on tracking my progress. Did get the app on my iPhone too. Any help…
