Too much protein?
Sorry if I reposted this I don't remember if I did or not... But is too much protein bad? I consistently go over my protein that MFP says I should eat? Does anyone else do this? Is it bad?

Lactose Intolerance
I have learned that I have a lactose intolerance. I have also found that I have an intolerance to tomato. I eat tomatoes still, because they're up on my favorite foods list, despite what it does to me. I don't eat too much cheese, never eat it by itself, but will sometimes have it with things in it. I then had…

New and need support
I'm fairly new here on MFP. I've tried to lose weight, but I've put myself on a bad diet and just haven't done it right. On top of that I've been injured the past 3 years so it's hard to work out. I would love the support. Feel free to add.

New, and struggling
I'm 18 years old and want to get back in shape SO bad. Unfortunately throughout high school I got injured a lot and was on crutches every single year. I had hip surgery, and now have an SI joint out of place and a pinched sciatic nerve. I try to get in the gym, and even try to bite through pain but there's only so much I…
