Where to enter calories burned during exericse?
I have a fitbit flex that I wear 24/7. When running I wear my garmin heart rate monitor. Do I enter the calories my HRM tells me I burned during exercise into myfitnesspal or into fitbit? I don't want MFP to double count my exercise calories.

Nutrition label on fish package for cooked or uncooked fish
The nutrition label on my package of frozen fish says that 113 grams of fish is a serving. Is this for frozen fish or cooked fish?

Log HRM burned calories?
Hi everyone!! I am fairly new to fitbit & MFP. I wear a HRM and my fitbit flex while running. Do I log the calories my HRM says I burned into fitbit or MFP? Which would be the most accurate? Also, is there a way for fitbit to agree with the HRM calories (I don't want it to double the calories I burned)? Thanks!
