So, today I started my "be anal about tracking food intake" and I'm already hungry shortly after eating lunch. The problem is, I'm not sure if I think I'm hungry because I know I'm eating less or if I actually am hungry. So.. how long does it take for the initial shock to go away and for it to become the "new normal"?
