I use runkeeper, fitbit, and MFP. I have fitbit and runkeeper sync'd - then have MFP and fitbit sync'd. Can you tell me the best way to be tracking to use the 3 apps at their fullest potential? I like to ride a bicycle and swim in addition to running.
So I have a fitbit and have it sync'd with mfp. I realize fitbit tracks my steps through the day. My question if I run 5 miles should I track the activity on MFP or will fitbit take care of it? Also, if I am sync'd to runkeeper will that double or triple my exercise time? I always post food only to MFP. Thanks,
