anewbie in search of freinds (especially from uk)
Hello, I'm very new here, this is my day . I gained a bit of extra weight during the summer and just hope to lose that and stay fit and tone my abdominal muscles a bit. It would be great to have similar minded people as friends and motivators, I would always return that favour.
