At the mercy of others' meal prep - need suggestions!
So I'm going to visit family this weekend and am worried that it'll derail my diet like it usually does... other than watch portion sizes does anyone have any ideas of how I can stay on track without going over my daily calories?

I'm a girl on a budget and don't belong to a gym.
