Anyone have weird not-hungry days?
I ate my usual breakfast and a tiny snack, and then the day just kind of got a bit stressful. Now it's 5 pm and I'm still not hungry. After a few work things settle down, at least it means I can have a nice full dinner. But it feels really odd to not be hungry - does this happen to anyone else when they feel stressed?
