Hi .... I'm 52, been on MFP daily about 6 months... serious about my workouts and food tracking... but really need to crank it up a notch and get rid of 10-15 lbs that are bugging me. Need someone to really help me face the scale and stick with it!
O.k. I weighed myself today for the first time in a couple of months. And.... did not see numbers on the scale I was happy about. I really need advice/support.
