Do you eat all your exercise calories?
Hi all - I've been tracking for about 6 weeks now and have lost only 2 pounds, and I'm wondering if it's because my calorie intake is too high. My daily calorie goal is 1200, and I exercise 6 days a week and get about 260 exercise calories each time. I have been eating all of them, for about 1,460 calories a day. I am 5'3"…
