Hi, I'm a newbie here, I've been doing a lot of fitness for a couple of years now, cycling, walking, jogging, zumba, but I've not tackled my weight issues yet. This year is the year!!
Just signed to MFP after failing at other diets and am hoping this time to succeed! I am fairly active, I love Zumba, cycling and walking my dogs.
