I'm getting myself in shape for my hunting adventure
I just retired from teaching school. Finally I am going to be able to hunt in September. They would never have let me off so early in the school year and a weekend wasn't enough.

I'm restarting ... been logging in for about a week. I would welcome friends.
I am a violinist, a husband and father of adult children. I'm getting ready for a hunt in Colorado next September. My goal is 40 lbs off by then and walking up to 12 miles per day. I'm in Colorado Springs. I'm semi-retired. It would be great to share encouragment.

I had two stents put in arteries a week ago. I have put myself on a diet that is long overdue. 62 years old. Lots to live for. I'm Ron
