Protein
I'm on day 4 of this new me plan, and I seem to go over on my protein number everyday. Not always my a lot, but over. Is this going to be a problem? I know the calories is a big no, no to go over on, but the protein? Any clues? Beany

Do I need to eat all those calories?
Okay, we're on day 3 now and doing good, but I find that I am having a hard time consuming the amount of calories I'm supposed to. And, yesterday I went over on protein by 11. Is this going to be a problem? Beany

Well, here we go again! I've done it before though, and I can do it again! I think that this website is great and it will really help me keep on track. But, day two of getting healthy is threatening to kill me! Beany
