Resting calories?
i recently got a fitness tracker (jawbone) that has an app to track calories,distance,etc. On the app it has a section for resting calories (calories u burn while doing nothing) and it said I burned over 1,000 cal? Is that possible? I don't add it towards the burned calories on mfp because I just don't believe that.
