Do you watch your sugar intake?
If so, how do you stay under your sugar grams per day? According to MFP, I'm allowed 25g/day. I eat a couple pieces of fruit and bam, I'm there.If I add a sweet potato for the day, even with exercise, I'm over the daily allowance. I don't eat grains, so the sugars aren't coming from there.
