Late night snacking
I tend to snack late at night and while I'm trying to go to bed earlier my insomnia doesn't always make that possible. Does anyone have any tips to help fight the snacking?

Fasting?
For one day(more like 12 hours actually) members in my church are going to fast to pray for your church's growth in ourselves and one another. I really want to participate but with my past of starvation and disordered eating I'm not sure if it's the best idea. Thoughts?

Tracking exercise.
I've recently decided to not track my exercise. I'm not sure if it's my anxiety/disordered eating but I cannot get over the fact that it tells me to consume more calories after I workout. Is that ok or generally a bad idea/unhealthy?
