What is your opinion on how accurate a HRM is? I'm reading different things and after doing a 40 minute workout with my new Polar HRM (brand new-first time using it today), the calories burned seemed wayyy off so I just stuck with the MFP calories burned. Any knowledge on this is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!

Meeting up with a few friends tonight for Sushi. I rarely eat Sushi and when I do, I get the California Roll because I'm skeptical on eating sushi, but I love love seafood...weird.
