New to MFP - 41 y/o male ~~250lbs to goal of 200lbs
I've never before tried to watch what I eat or lose any weight. I'm a 41 year old father and I hit 250 pounds last year. I'm about 6'2" and the doctor told me I need to lose about 50lbs.
