Lower Back Scoliosis - what exercises for Obliques?
Hey, I'm 33. I found out too late that I have Scoliosis(lower back/basin slides to my right). I sit 9+ hours in an office. My LEFT oblique muscles are very (too) well developed and the ones from the right side are missing. Except daily swimming / aerobics, please suggest some exercises that I can do at home in order to…
