Shakeology or a Whey protein?
Hi Guys. I have recently started with insanity and right now I am in the 2nd week of the first month.I am confused to decide, whether I should go for a Whey protein or Shakeology. Which would be better???Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you in advance.
