I had a message come up on my diary last night that i eat too few calories and about body going into starvation mode etc.. i know all about this but i was only 49 cal under my 1200. Will this really make a difference? Do i really need to eat the 1200? thanks in advance :) Katie

Hi me and my sister downloaded the app just yesterday. I am so determined to lose weight as I am abit of a fitness freak, but dont seem to lose weigt even when I go to gym or go running etc. So I need to sort out my eating. :( Looking for friends to add me on the app aswell so I have people to report back to and also see…
