Goin out to eat...help
How often are people going out to eat? I went today and got a grilled chicken sandwich n removed one of the huge buns. It came with Cole slaw n I ordered water with a lemon. After so many days of eating great, it felt kind of weird eating something I had no idea of the calorie intake. I guessed at about 550 calories.…
