Hey SL womenz, Does anybody have excellent advice on how to safely miss reps? I'm thinking specifically of squats here. Please forgive me if this has been answered before, but here goes: why is there such a difference between the TDEE-20% that IIFYM gives me and MFP's calorie recommendation?
