I am new to this site and I am really excited. I AM READDY !!! I want to loose 40 lbs. Need motivation, moral support, encourgement and friends. My game plan: monitor what I eat (counting calories) + get moving (zumba wii, here I come) = 40 lbs less. “It’s not the load that breaks you down…. … it’s the way you carry it”…
