9 Month - Fitversary 64lbs Gone!!!!
It's now 9 months, seems like just the other day I was on here looking through success stories and wishing it could be me. It's been a roller coaster and I still have a way to go. It took waking up one day and decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired with my weight. I can't keep saying how glad I am that I have…

Never Give up On Yourself - 65 lbs Down
On the left, I was so embarrased to go out for jogs, and would cry my eyes out when I got back home and remembered all the people that laughed at me. I refused to give up, and I'm never going to give up on myself ever again.

#transformationtuesday Before & During Photos
6 and 1/2 months later, I'm not the same person I used to be. I've lost 26 kgs (57 lbs) so far and I have 10 kgs (22 lbs) more to lose to reach my goal weight.

Never Give Up - 21.7 Kgs (47 lbs) down & 18.7 Kgs (41 lbs) to Go
It's been a long journey for me, 10 years of struggling with weight issues. I often lose weight, get a little confident, and become too complacent and it all comes back plus more. This year I suffered from depression and financial issues which sent me to the brink of losing hope in life. I just wanted to hold on for my son…

How do I Get the Scale to Go Down?
I am officially 2 months back to seriously working out. I do know better, after years of working out that it takes time for the scale to go down. Last year was a terrible year for me, and I added quite a lot of weight. Anyway, I got myself back together and started working out seriously in December. My diet wasn't so good,…

Reached My First Goal 10.5 Kgs Down ( with Pics)
I joined MFP last year around May weighing 90kgs. Since then I spiraled up to 101kgs or even more I guess, I just didn't weigh myself until 3 months ago. The number on the scale, crying myself to sleep every night and a morbid fear of leaving the house woke me up and I knew I needed to make a change. So I started with…
