New to fitness pal - doing Turbo Fire
Hello! I'm new to Fitness Pal. I track my excersize and food on a Livestrong app, but I like the community on Fitness Pal . I've tried other diets, excersize programs, etc, and am now on week 4 of Turbo Fire. I love it but my ankles don't! Hopefully I'll be back to 100% soon!
