Anyone in the san diego offering free samples of shakeology? I am definitely interested but want to try it first!
It may seem silly...but I was thinking. I always weigh in the morning as that is when I'm lightest. Makes Sense. However, if I eat healthy all day and at night I weigh maybe 4-5 lbs more than I do the following morning...where did the weight go??? Is this possibly just all bloat?
Im looking to lose another 28 lbs by November! It means no bad weeks and a lot of hard work! Any motivation would be great :) Hopefully I can motivate others as well. Yay for losing weight and not giving into cravings lol
