Trying to lose weight with Lupus
Does anyone hear have Lupus and are trying to lose weight? It's so hard for me to lose and I've been feeling so unmotivated because of that. I'm vegetarian and eat clean and workout at least 3-4 times a week, and it's so hard for me to lose with my medications I am on.
