HELP!!!!! Questions on understanding calories and weight
What does it mean when I log for the day and it states "If everyday were like today you would weigh 1.5 lb. Does this mean I would lose that or gain that? I am trying to do calories at 1200 a day, if I run off 300 calories on the treadmill then do I add that to my 1200 and eat 1500? Also if I am watching my calories should…
